Staged homes sell faster and for more money than those that are not staged.   I have combined my knowledge of  Feng Shui with Home Staging.  Feng Shui is the study of how to arrange your environment to enhance your life.  A Walk and Talk Staging Consultation is a practical guide for people in Western Culture about how to apply and benefit from the ancient wisdom found in Feng Shui, the Chinese Art of Placement. It is a new way of seeing our environment. Feng Shui is based on the idea that people experience happier, healthier, more prosperous lives.  The solutions are usually simple and sensible.  Although, Staging to Live and Staging to Sell are different, both benefit from many of the same solutions.  The investment in Home Staging® is always less than a price reduction.
